A local food evening at Johku Kartano
Johku Kartano is an old manor house on the bank of the Johku River. Our hostess Helena cooks a four-course dinner from local farms and tells the manor's stories at the table. Dinner is booked through Johku Resort, and transport from the resort and back is included.
Four courses from close by
Fish from Lake Johku, meat and root vegetables from nearby farms, berries and mushrooms from the Johkula forests. The menu follows the season.
A table in the old hall
Dinner is served at a long table in the manor hall, with stories of where the food comes from and who has lived here over the years.
